Then I complained to the hotel, they said that it was their SOP that the room must be cleaned even without permission from the hotel guest, I was angry because as far as I know when staying at other hotels even in Bali the hotel must ask first if they want the room cleaned, if at that time the room occupant is not there then just step back first don't just come in even if only to give towels and drinking water, that's rude, what if there are missing items? Can the hotel be responsible? After all, the room service also didn't clean the room when they entered, they argued that it was SOP but in my opinion their SOP violated the privacy of hotel guests, I would return them if I entered their room without permission or not? For that, the hotel apologized and I advised them not to repeat this incident, they had to ask for permission first, I said, but the next day it happened again even though I had already told them not to do it again, the room service staff didn't understand that it was still SOP, they said, it was actually him who didn't understand the SOP for being polite to guests.
