booking from traveloka, ocean view room..ask for the top floor...amazing...this is the first time I've had a hotel that opens the balcony door to the sea in front of my eyes, the beach is sloping so you can swim, the swimming pool is quite big...the room is quite big. there's almost no wifi, you have to hang out at the restaurant to get it, next time we'll stay again, haven't had the chance to go to Karang Bolong.

1. The wifi is bad. It's hard to connect, once it can connect, the signal quality is bad, even just scrolling TikTok is not strong enough 2. My suggestion is, the outside AC unit should not face the balcony. It should face the beach or vertically upwards. As a result, my balcony became hot because of the outside AC unit, even though I deliberately ordered a sea view room because I wanted to see the sea for a long time, but because my balcony was like an oven, I ended up spending most of my time in the room 3. The door stopper in my room was broken, so the door couldn't be held and tended to close automatically. This is dangerous because the door is big and can hit people 4. At the beginning, the receptionist said that sandals were provided for customers, but the size was very small like a child's feet. How could adults wear them.

friendly hotel staff. environment, room, bathroom, and facilities are very clean. the rinsing area from the beach is easily accessible when returning to the room, so entering the room is already clean. we tried the fried rice and we really liked it. close to the Karang Bolong tourist area, we even accessed it on foot. what is very pleasant is the soundproofing. even though our room is directly in front of the beach, we were not disturbed by the sound of the waves when the door was closed because the soundproofing was good. thank you, Pesona Krakatu for the enjoyable stay 🥰🙏

The location is adjacent to a public beach, if you want to swim on the beach there are no corals, if you want to play banana boat, you can go directly to the next beach which can be accessed directly from behind the hotel. It's just that there are many sellers who insist on offering their wares. When we arrived, the room floor was dirty and sticky, so we asked to be cleaned again, and finally we mopped it ourselves again in the morning with tissue because it was still sticky. The room is also quite old and poorly maintained. The hot water takes a long time to turn on and comes and goes, hot and cold. The view of the beach from the room balcony is very beautiful. Across from the hotel there is a convenience store and many places to eat so it's easy if you want to shop. But in my opinion, with the price offered and the existing conditions, it's not worth it. Management should be more professional and better maintained.

Fun, because I chose a room that directly faces the sea. Unfortunately, the Wifi here really doesn't work. The breakfast menu is small, not many varieties like in general hotels.

Hotelnya bersih, staffnya ramah2, kamar yang view juara banget pemandangannya indah. Perhatian jangan booking lewat Google karena nomer telp di google adalah nomer telp penipu sudah banyak yang kena tipu transfer uang untuk bayar hotel dll termasuk saya entah polisi udh bertindak atau belum tapi ko ya lama sekali ya sampe skr no telp penipu di google msh bisa di hubungi, jadi booking lewat app saja paling aman.

Strategic location with sandy beach and cool view. Unfortunately when staying there the elevator was not working. And it seems like it is not being repaired even though it is peak season. Wifi is also almost unusable because it is slow. But in terms of staff friendliness, atmosphere and location are great.

The hotel staff is very friendly, I stayed in room 205 with a very beautiful beach view, the hotel staff was very responsive in helping with whatever we needed, the food in the restaurant was also very delicious 😊

Booking via traveloka, easy and fast. My favorite hotel in the Anyer area, strategic location next to the Karang Bolong tourist attraction.. the rooms are modern with smart TV, cold AC, the view is amazing.. the room is directly in front of the beach.. the staff is very responsive.. I happened to bring my parents, because the elevator was broken, I asked for a room on the ground floor, and it was immediately filled. the breakfast is quite varied, and the taste is quite good.. a recommended choice if you are on vacation to Anyer..

It was very pleasant to stay at Pesona Krakatau, coincidentally booked a sea view so you can directly see the beach, sea, and sunset. The room area is clean, the bathroom is clean, the hot water is on, the cleaning staff is very responsive in wiping the floor area that is wet by visitors from the beach to the room. The staff is friendly, in conclusion staying at Pesona Krakatau is ok value for money. Thank you.

Hotel with the best view, all the staff are very friendly, the restaurant food is delicious, cleanliness is also good, just a suggestion for the bathroom lights if possible to be replaced because it seems dark.

Staying overnight while fasting because the kids wanted to play at the beach. Especially with the takjil and sahur delivered to the room, making the stay even easier and more enjoyable. The 2 little ones also enjoyed playing at the beach. Good job Pesona team.
