I was shocked to see the room. The walls and ceiling were moldy and dirty. Please improve the quality of the room. It's a shame for my health. 🥲

Just a heads up, the hotel building is old and needs renovation. Even in a deluxe room, there are no TV channels for entertainment. The minibar/small refrigerator is empty and dirty, and it would be better if it wasn't installed. The ceiling and walls are dirty, peeling, and moldy. There are no spoons for coffee or tea in the room. The first time I entered, the room smelled musty and unpleasant. It's not far from the airport, so I could easily get food nearby. There's hot water for showers. Plus, there's free airport pick-up and drop-off.

Check-in and check-out were fine, no hassle. Perhaps the hotel is older, so the air conditioning isn't working properly, and the ambiance is a bit dated.

The staff is friendly, and the best part is that it is only 5 minutes from the airport, perfect for transit.

Thank God, the facilities are commensurate with the price. There's a plethora of culinary delights nearby: meatball soup, rice stalls, grilled fish, seblak, and more. Kiosks are also nearby. Breakfast is delivered to your room. Just to mention, the toilet paper roll in the bathroom is rusty; please replace it. It's ruining your comfort.

The in-room amenities need more attention. Some things need to be fixed, for example: the TV service can't be changed, the remote doesn't work, and there are no manual buttons on the TV.

Everything is still great, both the staff & the atmosphere... but the room towels are so old that they need to be replaced... especially Mas Syarif, thank you for always being ready to take you to the airport. God bless you🙏

The restaurant is not far away from the airport, less than 10 minutes walking. They have free shuttle to the airport at any time convenient for you. The breakfast was delivered to my door and it was very delicious. The room was old, yet very clean. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay on budget ❤️😍

Strategic location: close to the airport and food stalls/restaurants. The price is reasonable, although breakfast wasn't available at checkout.

The staff is friendly. The location is very strategic and the plus is there is an airport shuttle. But I swear the hotel is very dirty, even though the room price is quite expensive if you want to compare the facilities you get. The shower is broken, the room is very dirty because the walls are disgusting, the carpet is very dusty, the bathroom mirror is also dirty (not cleaned), the sink is dirty, the toilet is dirty. Basically, I wanted to throw up when I wanted to brush my teeth because my eyes saw the dirty bathroom. The room walls are dirty (so if I eat in the room, seeing the walls immediately makes me lose my appetite). Even though it is very good for a transit place. Hopefully in the future it will be cleaner, because I have actually transited there twice but it was not that dirty before, it was just that the AC was not cold. Sorry, I have to comment honestly so the hotel can be better because the price is also quite good. Thank you 🙏
