I had a special request to check in at 10, but I still had to wait until 2 to be able to check in, the reason being that the rooms were full and the guests hadn't checked in yet...

Very comfortable, always a favorite hotel.

It's clean, and the receptionist was very helpful when I encountered any issues or problems with my Traveloka booking. The breakfast was average, and the taste could probably be improved.

for the cleanliness of the room, all the facilities are very good for the price of 260n, you can get a very good standard room. everything is good, the only minus is on the last night of staying, it was a bit uncomfortable because it seemed like above the ceiling, maybe on the 6th floor, there were people running around, whether ghosts or humans. yesterday decided to stay 3 nights. if I go to Ambon, I might stay at this hotel again

Last Sunday, May 1st, I went to Ambon for campus accreditation activities. I stayed at the Pacific Hotel from Monday to Wednesday. This hotel is the most comfortable, not scary, and the most comfortable. If you go to Ambon, you definitely want to stay here.

The staff are not friendly at all, the breakfast has no variety, only one menu and it tastes bland, the room leaks, the AC is not cold.

The room booked was DELUXE type. But the hotel accommodated it with STANDARD room type (203). I got the room type information from the hotel employee!
