The room was very comfortable and the view was great.

It's really "bad", the app side please remove it from the list of unsuitable hotels. I booked it but didn't stay there, aka moved to another hotel. This is a real comment.

The hotel room is cramped, the AC is cold for a long time, the bathroom door is broken and dirty as well. There is a night light but there is no light so I can't turn it on.

The hotel staff were all very friendly from check in to check out.

The sink drains, the hot water doesn't work and the mirror is too short.

The room is not clean, dust in the cupboard, the electricity goes out for too long, the room is not cleaned every day.

The TV in the room wouldn't turn on, even after maintenance arrived it wouldn't turn on until we checked out, and when we first checked in there was no mineral water.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is less clean, the bed linen is not clean, the breakfast is normal, can't connect with WiFi. but at least the location is quite strategic, there are cafes, salons, reflections, mini markets near the hotel.

Rooms are small, service is friendly, food is not varied.

I don't like the bathroom. Narrow and dirty, even the atmosphere and unhealthy smell in the lobby and entrance of the room.

The location is right in Sentani city center, so access is everywhere easier.
