Many room facilities are damaged, not worthy of being called a hotel.

The room is ugly. Dusty. Very dirty, hard to breathe, even mineral water is not provided.

The bathroom door can't be closed, the shower water goes to hot mode and it can't be changed to cold.

At the time of this check, the receptionist will be called and just arrived, then the floor of the room is dusty and the bathroom smells and does not get mineral water.

The room smells of cigarette smoke, the toilet is dirty and the shower is broken in room 217.

Always stay here when in Palu. There may be shortcomings here and there such as the check-in process, coordination between staff, and others, but with the current room rates offered (Rp 200 thousand), this is still the best hotel in Palu. Fyi, suite rooms with standard/deluxe are not too much different. There is only an additional fridge.

The staff is friendly, the check-in process is fast, and the rooms are clean.

The rooms are pretty clean, the service is good, the minus is that there are some rooms where the tile floor is removed, the shower head is off and its position is on the floor when you enter, and the wifi can't be accessed on the 2nd floor. Three days of room rental but not occupied only for online meetings morning. The facilities need to be repaired and renovated.

Economy rooms are available and affordable prices, even though the economy hotel rooms are clean. It's just that the bathroom and toilet outside are poorly maintained, some don't work. The service is good and the location is in front of the mall plaza mall.

The bathroom smells of urine. Hot water doesn't work. There are no foot mats. Towels only 1. There are no Oyo toiletries.

Hotels in the city are clean and tidy, only lacking facilities such as mineral water. Tissue box. Toothbrush and hotel slippers. And tv broadcasts are not good, not clear and disappear. Even though the basic standard of a low price hotel should be available. Maybe in the future we can pay more attention to it. Thanks OYO.

The air conditioner is not cold, the lights are dim (only one is on), the wi-fi is not on, the bathroom door cannot be closed, there is no trash can, there is no tissue, the room is not cleaned (very sandy, and on the floor beside the bed which is attached to the wall is very dusty), the telephone is not connected to the receptionist so if you need something you have to go down first to talk directly, and even then the receptionist is not always there.

Nyaman, dekat dengan pusat kota.

Kamar kotor, tidak terawat, tidak ada tempat sampah, fasilitas tidak sesuai harga. Ga worth it.

The hotel is near the city. Comfortable.
