Check-in was before 2 p.m., but the room was empty. They even asked me to pay 100,000 Rupiah for early check-in. The bathroom was clogged and the room was dusty.

The hotel staff was nice. When we first checked in, we got a room that didn't have Wi-Fi. We booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled really bad of cigarettes. We then complained, so we moved to another room and had room freshener sprayed on it. The room was comfortable and clean, although it was a bit noisy in the morning because the cleaning staff was cleaning up. So far so good, I recommend it.

The room was filthy, as was the bathroom, and the mattress was so itchy. I booked two rooms, one of which was absolutely horrible, like it had never been used, and truly terrifying. In the end, five of us ended up sleeping in one room. I'll never go back to that hotel again.

I also heard a horror story. At 2 AM, I heard someone taking a shower, but when I checked, no one was there. For the service and facilities, I'd give it 2 stars, but it seemed adequate.

The hotel is located close to Bandung Station, Braga Street, Alun-alun, and Asia Afrika Street. The cleanliness was lacking. When I first arrived, the sheets were dirty, and I asked for a change, but they were immediately replaced. Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms. Please freshen up the bathrooms to remove the musty odor. Breakfast is delivered to your room, not a buffet.
