I've paid on Traveloka but when I checked in there was no one there. When I called, the phone was turned off. So the money was just wasted like that

The service is not good, the room is not well prepared and the receptionist does not confirm well with each other.

I paid including breakfast but I didn't get any breakfast at all. Until I checked out. old hotel the sheets and covers were torn, the AC wasn't cold, the room smelled musty, the view of the room was very sad.

Very comfortable and the room atmosphere is clean, access within the city of Sentani, close to shops and offices and there are 24-hour swimming pool facilities, only when staying there were drunk people drinking in the room and causing a commotion, so security needs to be prepared so that no one causes a commotion because it is very disturbing.

Old hotel. Service is very bad.. very difficult to call the receptionist. Water heater in 2 rooms is not working. 1 room AC is not cold.

Housekeeping service is not recommended because when the guest returned, the room window was wide open and the bathroom door was locked. The airport shuttle service was confirmed 4 days before but on the day there was no response at all, even no feedback even with an apology!!

The staff are very friendly, the hotel is comfortable, clean, safe for children. We have stayed here many times because it is very pleasant.

The AC is not cold enough, there is no cupboard, it just breaks when it meets the weak wifi cable.

The food is delicious, the hotel has a swimming pool for children, it is close to the learning center, in the morning, towards the left side of the road there are many sellers of light and heavy food.
