Very close to the city center, very convenient.

First time staying at Veleza during a long weekend, the check-in process was easy and fast, even though the lobby area is small, the room was clean, well lit, the wifi worked well and the bathroom was also clean and the hot water worked so it was comfortable to stay at Veleza.

I like it most because there are lots of snacks near the accommodation, and it's also easy to explore the city.

Okay, the place is comfortable, close to hangouts, close to places to eat.

Thank God, everything is okay. There are plenty of late-night dining options along Lengkong Kecil Street. The room is quite clean, but unfortunately there's no kettle. The AC is cold. The bathroom water heater works well. Access is very easy to get anywhere. There's ample parking. There's a Circle K if you need food.

Every time I go on holiday to Bandung, I definitely stay here.. because it's cheap, located in Lengkong Kecil.. if I want to have dinner, I just walk to the front and it's already very busy.. for breakfast, there are also lots of people selling it.. in front there's CK and Watson so it's no hassle anymore.. the service is friendly.. I once booked the wrong date and when I wanted to check in, I was allowed to reschedule to that day.. it's really great

The location and facilities are okay, the elevator is new 👍👍👍. Unfortunately, cleanliness needs to be checked, such as the cleanliness of the sheets needs to be checked again, there are spider webs in the corners of the room, there is still trash under the mattress, maybe we missed sweeping it because our room has 4 beds. Keep tidying up, owner, because the hotel has huge potential 💪💪💪

The place is clean and comfortable, there is lots of food and it is close to the town square.

It's fun to stay here. Every night there are lots of snacks near the hotel, it makes you go crazy because you want to try them all lol. The room is quite satisfying, comfortable, the AC is not too cold so you have to set it to low temperature, the TV works but the shows are not the latest, the mattress is soft, comfortable, the bedcover is clean and fragrant. You get 2 bottles of mineral water, and amenities such as soap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. The water heater works. The cleanliness is a bit lacking, there are still a few strands of hair on the floor, and a few stains on the floor. There is a window in the room, but you can't see any view because it's covered with frosted glass stickers. Even when you open the window, it's blocked by a wall. The room isn't soundproof. But for me, all of that doesn't matter. Oh yeah, there's no receptionist here, there are staff who stay downstairs. Overall, it's satisfying for me, comfortable, lots of snacks, there's also Circle K downstairs so you don't have to go far>_< thanks, good job

I use the family room for 6 people, the extra bed is really cute, usually placed on the floor when Veleza is upstairs!! It's cool.

I lost my shopping in a locked room. When I came home at night after walking around, my shopping was gone. And the hotel did not want to cooperate to help with the investigation, there was only 1 CCTV in the parking lot and there was no CCTV recording. The owner was even angry and threatened to report me back with the threat of defamation, no say sorry. my belongings lost in the locked room without any apologize or investigation. please think twice if you wanna book this hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center, it is very close to everywhere and at night around the hotel there is a culinary night. This hotel's staff are definitely friendly and the prices are affordable.

At first I was a bit hesitant when checking in, it turned out that it was under renovation, so the outside looked messy, but when I entered the room, wow, the experience was extraordinary, neat, spacious, clean, fast wifi, clean and comfortable bathroom, complete toiletries, good hot water, strategic location, the surrounding environment is busy and comfortable, no need to worry if you want to find food either during the day or at night and right below there is a minimarket, so it's also good if you want to look for other needs

I am one of the customers at this hotel. Overall it is very comfortable, only lately the TV facilities are not so good, the broadcasts are intermittent. Please fix it. Use smart TV again.
