Overall it's good, but many room facilities are not provided and must be requested at the reception. It's okay.

The place is okay and comfortable, but unfortunately the bathroom is not very clean and the water is not very fresh.

The room smells strongly of cigarettes even though I requested a no smoking room. There are small cockroaches in the room. There are hair marks in the bathroom from previous guests. The AC is not cold. For this price, it is very overpriced

Asked for a non-smoking room, but there was still a very strong cigarette smell. Even in the extra bed that I ordered for my husband, my husband's pants and shirt smelled very strong. There were small cockroaches in the room. The color of the towels and sheets and bed covers were very dull. The friendliness of the reception staff was good and the breakfast menu was not varied with standard flavors. In my opinion, at this price, it is very overpriced. I ordered an executive room but didn't get a window, access was up and down stairs.

The hotel is quiet, a bit creepy, the air is not good, the room is taro in the basement, stuffy, smelly, very dusty.. with a price above 500k, it's really worth it, luckily, it's just a ride waiting for the car at the workshop... btw the air is horrible

Actually, for the price of 600 thousand per night, I was a bit disappointed because, 1. I got a room in the basement which had no windows at all, let alone a smoking room. So the room felt very stuffy. 2. Lots of cockroaches, small spiders and ants coming out from behind the TV. 3. Maybe because the building is directly next to the karoke place, so at night it is disturbed by the noise of the karoke which makes the walls of the room shake a bit. 4. Check-in time was a little long, I got it at 2pm because the room was being prepared.

The first room the AC was not cold. Moved to another room and the AC wasn't cold enough so the air in the room wasn't comfortable, the bathroom shower broke and then broke. Tv is also ssh turned on.

The AC is hot, not recommended at all, the service takes a long time to call a technician, the bathroom is cramped.

The staff service is great. Only a little problem with the toilet which is a little clogged. The rest is okay.

Kamar panas banget mpe malam-malam complain katanya emang semua kamar begitu, koridor panas pengap, kamar mandi ada bekas rokok, kolam renang jorok (sore dan pagi sama aja), sarapan dikasih nasi goreng, teh dan buah semangka. Kapok sih kesini.

Dapat kamar di pojok, tidak dapat sinyal wifi. Hotel sebelahnya bar dan karaoke. Tidur malam tidak nyenyak suara jedag jedug terdengar. Air panas tidak menyala.

In executive class, drinking water must be requested, there is no sugar and spoons, there is no hotel soap, the bed sheets are not neat, the pillows are a bit smelly.

Actually, the service, rooms and facilities are good. But you can be honest. I ordered a non-smoking room. But the smell of cigarettes doesn't go away. In terms of delicious food, the only choice of rice is white rice. Thank you 🙏.

Breakfast no good, lack of food variety. We took meal at 0800wib but all the dishes already finish and no top up.

Hotel building and parking facility was okay and room size was great. They kindly give free breakfast in all room package, the breakfast menu was average but it was still good. The room smelled damp a little and floor ceramics was a bit dusty. But it was an overall nice stay.

Tempat tidur tidak bersih, banyak noda dan bekas rokok. Kamar tidak bersih, banyak bekas rokok.

Good, okay and steady, next time the food will be delivered, because there is no food in the morning when you are hungry.
