This is my second stay here. It's always a pleasure to stay at Urbanview Surya Kahayan. It seems like the facilities need to be updated, as the TV and AC are starting to wear out, and the interior needs to be repainted. The front desk and staff are excellent. This is the best budget-friendly option, located in the city center, close to supermarkets and culinary delights.

they did not serve drink water and towel. the door not properly close. the night shift only one person (woman) which could not provide extra bed, even they charge full for 1 room to my friend but didn't give the room key. Complicated service.

It's always nice to stay at Surya Kahayan, when staying with a big child in the family room, the AC is cold and shivering, the bed is soft, the room is spacious. Anyway, if you go to Palangkaraya, definitely go to Surya Kahayan. Thanks to Om Suran and Aunt Uyang as well as Masbro Andre, the manager, hehehe

Not bad... But it's a shame that the bathroom is not very clean, the blanket and bedsheets have holes, there's not enough lighting, and there aren't even any tissues or toiletries.

It's definitely worth the price. The good thing is that it's close to everywhere, there's also an Indomaret next door, there's also a restaurant. The receptionist's etiquette is bad, there's no manners, even though she's a woman. Even though it's free. I think I'll come here again next time

why did I get a cheap price 🥰 for the size of the room it is very worth it spacious and the room design is enough like a 5 star btw it's just lacking maintenance no tissue, mineral water there is an electric kettle and the toilet is already modern it's a shame the broken sink faucet wasn't replaced its okay for a price of 175 you can get a spacious hotel btw in other applications the price is still normal 300 more hopefully the facilities will be paid more attention to because the hotel is good 🥰 all the staff are friendly

For comfort, okay, adjust the budget of the room price chosen 2x staying here in consecutive months, but maybe you should pay attention to the cleanliness, there is still dust in the corners of the wooden bed, the bathroom water tap could not be turned on but we called the officer, it was okay, it was quick, and it turned out that towels should have been provided, if not the officer went upstairs to check the water tap, I thought towels were not provided, so the previous stay there was no towel, but we still brought towels when we went anywhere. The TV the first stay was okay, and the second one didn't want to turn on, it turned on for a while but the sound didn't work, Next stay here again, because it's also okay for families, the atmosphere is calm, close to Alfamart 🙏🏻

The room is big and clean, finding food is very easy because it is in the middle of the city.

minimal lighting in the room, only a night light. no breakfast/meal for sahur. no hotel towels, no blankets, no sandals, tv but non-remote so can't change tv channels, air conditioner is not cold and the air conditioner remote doesn't work properly, the room is not fragrant, the bathroom floor is slippery, the roof of the room has been repaired (patched) and has not been tidied up again. Thus as an improvement, and thank you.

It's just that towels have to be requested. Maybe because the staff is limited, there are some rooms where the towels were forgotten to be replaced after being cleaned.

The hotel is comfortable, the location is close to the airport, the service is fast and friendly, the room is also clean. Will stay again in the future
