WhatsApp chats are low-res, and the mattress is uncomfortable. It's like a Harper, and they use a gallon jug for drinking water. I did try the superior one, but at that price, it should still be good. It says it's 4-star, but it's not like a 4-star hotel. I'm disappointed. I don't think it needs to be that expensive.

Parking is located behind the hotel, and you have to walk uphill to get there. The pool isn't very large, but it's sufficient as it wasn't too crowded even during the long weekend. I stayed for 2 nights in a junior suite, which wasn't very large but was comfortable enough, but there was still dust and a few cobwebs in the corners. I stayed at Harper Hotel Purwakarta for a business trip, and overall it was pretty good. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast—there were a lot of options and everything tasted great. The restaurant food was also really good and still affordable, which is a plus. I also liked the ambiance of the hotel, it felt calm and peaceful. There were a few downsides though. The AC in the room took quite a while to get cold, so it wasn’t very comfortable at first. I requested a twin bed setup, but the beds were combined into one and I only got one bedcover. The room size also felt a bit small. But overall, it was still a nice stay and suitable for a business trip.
