Grand Alia Jakarta was very impressive, both in terms of rooms and amenities, especially the kid-friendly area. There's so much to do: a water park, watersplash, private pool, PlayStation room, gym, and more. The staff is cool, friendly, and very helpful. We'd love to stay there again. Definitely!

It was a really enjoyable stay. The family room with balcony was also very nice. We got a free 45-minute swim in the private pool, and the water park for the kids was also great. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Masya Allah, this is the first hotel that is truly Islamic, with separate activities for men and women, a very comfortable kids club, a water park that makes the kids happy, the food is delicious, and check-in is very easy. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and smell good.

Initially, I didn't have any expectations when I booked this hotel, but when I checked in, oh my God, it turned out to be that comfortable. The hotel is great, I booked a family room yesterday for 4 adults and 3 children, it fit perfectly because it had 4 beds, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. The room is also very spacious, plus it has a balcony. The view is really beautiful, especially at night. There are 3 swimming pools, there is also a playground😍 The breakfast is varied and delicious, especially the fried rice and porridge are the best.🫶🏻 Next time I will come back here🥰

Overall, my stay here was comfortable and satisfying. It's just a shame that breakfast was so crowded, perhaps because it was the weekend, and the refills took so long. I asked for the top floor, but they gave me the first floor.
