I really like staying here, it's very kid friendly, the kids are happy and their parents are happy too.

-The lobby staff seemed unfriendly to girls/guys -The water heater was crusty -The socket in the room was loose so it was a bit prone to charging etc. -Please change the room pillows periodically, the filling inside was lumpy, causing neck pain and discomfort -The mattress felt springy & had already been changed, even though it was only on the back, it still made it uncomfortable to sleep -The hot water shower was really slow to come out of the hot water so you had to wait 2-3 minutes for it to get warm and then you had to throw the water away. -The trash was randomly collected in one place so that those who cleaned it would just have to carry it, instead it was not transported and instead it piled up like that

Stayed there for 3 nights. - The room wasn't soundproof, so you could hear sounds from the other side and outside. Every midnight and dawn, the trolley was always noisy, going back and forth, and it was very noisy every night. - I was a bit shocked when a motorcycle taxi driver/online courier was yelled at by the security guard. He went up to the entrance to deliver someone's order. He was yelled at and had to wait on the side of the road, while the customer had to walk downstairs. The "social gap" was really noticeable. Why is it that if motorcycle taxi drivers go upstairs outside the lobby while waiting for customers, does the road get dirty or does it obstruct the view? I've stayed in many places, and this is the first time I've encountered a hotel so unfriendly to motorcycle taxi drivers/online couriers. At least you should provide a drop-off area and have staff on standby.

Maybe the receptionist should smile more, don't be so rude to customers, especially since this is your first visit to the Gren Alia Hotel.

The hotel food is not very varied and in our opinion the food is not as varied as it was before the hotel renovated the building.

Make the kids feel at home because there is a playground, swimming pool and much more.

worth every penny. the hotel is very complete, kids friendly. there is a waterpark, playground, pool that can be booked per room so we can swim privately, there is a gym, kids club, there is a mosque. the restaurant is halal certified, the breakfast menu is varied. the hotel is sharia, so couples who want to stay can show their marriage certificate or family card. because it is sharia, the use of the pool if you don't book per room has a separate schedule for male and female guests, the use of the gym is also the same. want to stay here again

Have been to Grand Alia many times. Already feel comfortable here. Every time there is an event in Central Jakarta, I definitely stay at Grand Alia. It's like home... The room, the atmosphere, the food, the service are suitable.. And I will be back soon..

family friendly hotel, many different activities for kids. from the playground, game room, waterpark and gym.

Comfortable hotel, very spacious room, very friendly staff. For breakfast, the food variety is not too much but enough for breakfast, the taste of the food is also quite good. Only when checking out, we left chocolate and snacks..... good luck for the next guest..... hehehe

A pleasant hotel suitable for family vacation, strategic location, friendly staff and comfortable facilities. I would like to express my appreciation to my son and ..... (forgot his name) when we were late for breakfast at 9 o'clock it turned out it was closed normally breakfast closes at 10 so we thought there was still a naming even though it was closed they still served us friendly and gave us croissants and omelets. This small things do not happen in any hotels even 5 star hotels. We really appreciate for this service and hospitality of the hotel staff. Thank you

Easy and strategic hotel access. Waterpark and kids club are very popular with children, satisfied playing. The bathroom floor in the room and shower room is slippery, the toilet is clogged but quickly fixed, the blanket has blood stains
