It was very comfortable to stay at Gren Alia Jakarta. The hotel is spacious, the facilities are complete, the kids were happy, they didn't want to go home. It is highly recommended for parents who want to take their family on a staycation.

There are several points I want to emphasize: 1. Please state that this is a Sharia-compliant hotel, not a regular hotel. 2. If guests are not allowed to wear sexy clothing, PLEASE WRITE IT IN THE RULES! I was very unhappy with the staff who looked at my wife and her friend with disdain because they were wearing revealing clothing. How come the security guard was more polite than the hotel staff? 3. I checked in, but my wife and her female friend, who were actually staying there, were asked questions that indirectly assumed they were escorts. And please note, I was not staying with them. 4. The check-in process was fast and friendly with smiles because I checked in. However, when checking out, the staff were not friendly at all because my wife was wearing revealing clothing.

Overall, everything met expectations. The room was comfortable. We booked a suite with a city view. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The floor in the room needed improvement, which was a bit dusty, so if you didn't wear hotel slippers, your feet would get dirty. The playground was fun, and the kids were happy, but it's a shame the outdoor one is only open until 6 PM.

A pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was delicious. However, the restaurant was very expensive and didn't match the price of the hotel. A suggestion would be to make the restaurant more budget-friendly for overnight travelers.
