Alana, you guys should pay attention to your cleanliness. I always visit this hotel for my business every week. But I am very upset about the cleanliness of your room. There is a lot of dust in the room, bathroom. Even the towels are smelly.

ci junior suite room. got a letter and 2 macarons as a greeting. the security guard was rude, came at 8 pm without any greeting, instead he was busy chatting with his friend. while I brought my child and had to unload my suitcase. only asked to help then responded. on the second day I ordered Shopeefood typical Solo souvenirs, to save time. with the security guard not allowed to drop in the lobby. gosh even though there is a concierge service there, what's the point? I happened to be in the lobby, so I could immediately pick it up from the Shopee driver. during breakfast at the restaurant the sausage was not available. even though the food is very basic sausage in the hotel. my child waited until we finished breakfast. he said the sausage was still frozen. even though we had breakfast at 9 am. for a 4 star class, why is the HR like that. junior suite room lighting is not bright. the bathroom is big, empty, dim, and I got a towel that was torn. junior suite class from a 4 star hotel. The next day I moved to Mercure, thank God, in contrast, the service standards were much better even though the price was cheaper...

The hotel is nice and clean. But please service the elevator so that it doesn't make noise. If it's very noisy at night, the noise will disturb your sleep. I like to be surprised by the sound of the elevator.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Nice room and close to the street near some restaurants around it. So I have a lot of choices to consider for my meal a day at the hotel. Well. Everything's fine and nice to stay here.

The staff was unfriendly, the room key did not work and asked to be replaced, but the staff did not replace the room key, instead they opened the room using an emergency key.

Comfort Hotel in Solo Central Of Java.

It was a pleasure staying at Alana Hotel. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. There is a hot tub and towels are provided. There is also a water dispenser near the room. Breakfast is complete and delicious.

Nice and clean hotel. Spacious room. Only the check-in process is not quite smooth. Friendly staff.

Bad! No communication from app. I used to have a connecting door as per request, somehow there is no connecting door.
