I have been a loyal customer of Hotel Neo El Tari since 2016, and over the years we have held many events here ranging from small to medium scale.
The location is very strategic—close to El Tari Airport and with easy access to roads leading out of kota Kupang. Although it’s a bit far from the beach, some rooms (especially the larger ones, which are among the biggest in their class) still offer a clear sea view. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and tidy.
Staff hospitality and responsiveness are always outstanding. Every team member is professional, attentive, and quick to assist. The food is also varied and delicious, whether for breakfast or room service. The swimming pool is aesthetically pleasing and a nice addition to the stay.
If I may give some suggestions, the gym facilities are very minimal—the room is quite small and feels cramped. Improving this would really elevate the overall guest experience. The water pressure in the sink could use some improvement. And the WiFi connection, definitely one of the worst I’ve ever experience, at least in my room when I last checked in. Please upgrade the speed!
In the past, the area around the hotel felt a bit isolated, but now there are more conveniences nearby, such as an Alfamart, seafood restaurants, and other shops right next to and across from the hotel.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Neo El Tari for both business and leisure stays. Keep up the great work!
