The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was also delicious. Thank you, I will definitely stay again next time because it's close to downtown Jakarta, easy to get to, the rooms are clean, and the swimming pool is comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay at Aston.

I arrived at the hotel around 13:30-13:40. When checking in, I was given a room on the 20th floor. I asked to be given a room on a floor <10. They said the room was not ready yet, so I was asked to wait. The problem was, the FO could not confirm when the room would be ready. Instead, I was told to wait for an unspecified period of time. Even though the check-in time listed was 14:00, and if I was told to wait until 14:00 I would have no problem. When I asked the FO to confirm, he insisted that it could not be confirmed. His attitude was also not very friendly. The FO should have immediately contacted the cleaning staff and confirmed when the check-in time was, instead of asking me to wait for an unspecified period of time, because I had other activities in the afternoon. Although I was finally able to check in around 14:10, the FO's lack of clarity and his unfriendly attitude were quite disturbing to me. On the second day, I left around 11:00, and returned to the hotel around 19:00. but the glass I used in the room still hasn't been cleaned and mineral water hasn't been provided. I have to go to the lobby to inform about this. fortunately the FO (a different person from the FO on the first day) and the cleaning staff quickly finished it. the room should be cleaned more thoroughly, so as not to disturb the guest's rest time. regarding the bathroom, the bathroom layout is a bit strange. the bathroom floor is quite high compared to the room floor. then the toilet and shower area, the floor is raised again. if we use the toilet, when we go out we are faced with the washbasin. so it is difficult to get out, not to mention the multi-level floor which is troublesome. quite dangerous if there are elderly people staying because the risk of falling is high. for the shower area, the location of the towel hanger is very close to the shower. towels must be soaked after we take a shower. while there are no other hangers in the bathroom besides the hanger near the shower. the good thing about this hotel is the location. if there are activities in the Pluit area, this hotel is quite strategic

hotel staff are very friendly and helpful during check in. close to town, close to restaurants. just a bit noisy up to the room. in the corridor to the room, there is no AC so it's a bit hot when waiting for the elevator.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, fast check in process.

During heavy rain, the room leaked. I reported it to the receptionist and they said a technician would come. When the technician came, he just said the leak was due to the rain. There was no solution, he said he would move the room but it was unclear. Because he thought the rain had stopped so the problem was solved?

The room is a bit dirty, there are small cockroaches in the room. Hopefully Aston can improve its cleanliness.
