For the biggest hotel in Paser, it's really lacking. 1. The breakfast is not really for a 4-star hotel, and I had breakfast on Sunday at 9:05 am, most of the food was already finished and not refilled. The breakfast variety should be improved. 2. The TV is very small and not a smart TV. 3. The toilet is quite good even though the bottom of the door is already broken and folded. 4. The room paint color has faded. 5. The worst thing is that my room can't be locked automatically, so I was worried about leaving the room because even though I left, the door still wouldn't lock. I had reported it to the receptionist at that time, but it was locked, but after I entered and tried to leave again, the door still wouldn't lock, for us who were traveling long distances carrying a lot of luggage, it was very worrying. 6. The atmosphere was quite quiet there.

Old hotel, we cannot expect much. Towels were smelly, but the bathroom was clean. I can feel the dust in my nose while inside the bedroom. Anyway, cannot expect much as not too many people stay in this hotel.

The hotel is large, the rooms are quite large, but the air is a bit humid. At night, the front of the hotel is very dark.

Friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Clean rooms. FYI: The bathroom floor tends to be slippery when wet. It seems the tile chosen isn't suitable for this type of bathroom. For children or the elderly, it's recommended not to shower in a bathtub, as the surface is slippery, potentially causing slips if not careful.

Close to work location, comfortable room

room is big, but the cleanliness should be improve, the water is kind of slimmy. for business stay it's bearable.

Big hotel, comfortable enough facilities for resting, there is a swimming pool, the location is far from the crowds.

For Tanah Grogot, it's adequate, but the cleanliness of the mattresses needs to be improved. When I arrived, the pillowcase was dirty and had blood on it. Luckily, I asked for a replacement and it was replaced immediately. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned more often, which is a shame because it's already in great shape.

The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is comfortable.

Stayed for KIDECO RUN 2025.... The room was quite clean.... The AC and water heater worked well... If there are activities in Paser, this is the best hotel choice.....

Staying here is quiet, spooky, but beautiful.

So far ok, just need to maintain the cleanliness of the bathroom so it's not slippery. As for the room atmosphere, it's really nice and comfortable.

We checked in late at night but the staff served us well. And coincidentally there was an event at the hotel that night and it was very busy and noisy until 11pm. We were offered an alternative room and free snacks in the room.
