The room was noisy when I was having a Zoom meeting at 10 a.m., if I'm not mistaken, so I rushed to check out after the meeting because there was work going on. It was oddly close to the room, which was distracting. If there was work going on next to the room, it shouldn't be occupied. It was hilarious. When I called the receptionist, she seemed incredibly arrogant. I've stayed in hotels ranging from 2-star to 5-star, and I've never encountered such an arrogant receptionist when I called with a complaint, oh my. Oh yeah, I don't know who answered the call, but the receptionist on duty at 10 a.m. on June 11, 2026. The night shift receptionist was humble and friendly, even though she'd only been there a month, when we were discussing breakfast.
I admit the food at a 2-star hotel is more complete and delicious, compared to hotels that claim to be 3-star but serve breakfast like they're giving it to orphans. And the room's AC isn't cold enough. If it's a budget issue, it'd be better to increase it so there's more quality. Thank you.
