Clean, friendly staff, decent food, basically the best 🤭

The staff service is very lacking, starting from the check-in process at the receptionist who gave the room and it turned out the room TV was broken, the bathroom towels were not there, finally I could not rest and clean up because I had to wait for the Eng and HK staff. When I wanted to order food the restaurant staff also did not prepare the order according to the request, for drinks I requested less sugar but it turned out to be too much sugar, as a result the tea drink could not be drunk because it was too sweet, at breakfast, the restaurant staff also said that breakfast could not be taken away, it could only be at the restaurant before opening, if that is the rule why did the receptionist team not inform the guests at the time of check-in? very unprofessional

The hotel is quite old and needs some renovations. The breakfast menu is too standard, or below the standards of a hotel like Aston.

Everything didn't match the description. They said it was a sea view, but it turned out to be a city view. Then they asked to upgrade for an additional 100k to get a sea view. After upgrading the room, when they arrived there was only 1 towel, even though the booking was for 2 guests. The description of the facilities said there was a hair dryer, but it turned out there wasn't one, and you had to pay to get one. Plus, the mattress was dirty, and the pillowcases were dirty, as if they hadn't been changed. I won't stay here again. Bad experience.

During reservation, the receptionist said the hotel was full, asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room on the 2nd floor. The receptionist confidently said the room included breakfast several times even though we didn't order breakfast. And indeed, when we checked in the morning, it didn't include breakfast. The bathroom lights were dim, scary, given a room chair with welded legs and unbalanced, fell once when we sat on it before asking for a replacement chair from room service. The ceiling was dusty. The sheets/blankets were itchy, asked for a replacement sheet on the second day. The noise from the parking lot and hallway was clearly audible. The first night was spooky, at the window there was a sound of someone cleaning the glass with a plastic bag. Booked 4 nights at a price that wasn't cheap 1.98 million. But the water was good, the cable TV was decent, the old AC wouldn't turn off automatically, the small trash can didn't fit for 4 nights. There is no gym yet. The smell of cigarettes came from the exhaust pipe in the bathroom.

It seems like an old hotel, rooms facing the street are still noisy. Breakfast is very standard for an Aston hotel.

I ordered 2 adults and two children, it was stated in the order that they were with children aged 10 and 8 years old. This means that I explained it in the order and it was written on Traveloka that there were 2 children aged 10 and 8 years old, but at the restaurant they asked for an additional charge and the communication was not friendly.

The hotel has potential, but maintenance and cleanliness need improvement. The pool and flower pots show mildew, and the sofa in the room has an unpleasant odour. The coffee house looks cozy but feels warm and stuffy due to the lack of air-conditioning. While the location and basic amenities are fine, the overall experience feels like an ordinary 3-star stay. With better cleanliness and upkeep, this place could be much more enjoyable

There is nothing to discuss, everything is good and nothing is missing.
