overall okay but when I wanted to take a shower it turned out that the toothbrush and toothpaste were used by someone else, the brush was already wet, the toothpaste had holes, only half left, luckily it hadn't been used yet. Please ask the HK staff to be more careful because what I found was a set of toothbrush and toothpaste still in the box. Maybe the HK staff thought it hadn't been used at all because it was still neat in the box even though it had been used by a guest before me. There was also a TV but it couldn't be used to watch Samsek because there was no channel inside. Once again, please be more careful because I am also a staff from an outside hotel

I ordered for my husband and child.. I checked in with them comfortably because the room was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. When I missed the checkout because there was still work that had not been completed, I only added 30 thousand. You have to go up the stairs. If you are on the upper floor, it's quite good, so.. I really recommend this. I want to stay here again if I go back again.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, there is a water heater, especially for legal couples and very family friendly. The downside in my room was that the TV had no channels, please check again in each room.

The hotel staff was very helpful during the check-in and check-out process, but there were no room facilities (soap, shampoo, and toothbrush), so guests had to bring their own toiletries. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling.

The room door was broken and asked to be repaired but it was not done, hot water is only available on the ground floor, the 2nd and 3rd floors are said to be broken, even though the hotel staff is lazy to replace the gallon of water. The parking lot is also narrow and no one is guarding it.

The hotel service is friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, recommended for families, although there are no breakfast facilities from the hotel, it is easy to find around the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Comfortable accommodation at affordable prices with top quality, available rooms for 1 person, can check in early with a fast process besides the room is always kept clean regularly by the hotel staff, 5 very memorable nights here while I took the test without any disturbance at all, for those looking for accommodation in Palembang especially the Demang area, Khalifah could be the right choice.
