I stayed here on a weekday. I was greeted warmly upon entering. I was touring Tuban by motorcycle. Parking is in the basement. The basement area provides a prayer room and ablution area. I chose a deluxe room. The room was clean and had marble-like tiles. The bathroom was spacious and had a bathtub. The food, which I personally prefer, was delicious and had just the right amount of seasoning. This hotel has swimming pools for adults and children. There's a smoking area on the second floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, TOP GLOBAL. The only downside is the television channels, but I hope to see a smart TV in the future.

The service is extraordinary... The food is delicious. The room is spacious and clean. The FO, Kak Dwi Asih Setyawati, is also very good. She is very helpful and friendly. If I go to Tuban, I will come back to this hotel again😁

Good lah for short stay in Bandung area

This hotel was a nice old hotel in its day. However, upon first entering, it seemed poorly maintained: dusty lobby and hallways, old furniture (some parts broken), and hallway lights that were either dead or intentionally turned off. Probably to reduce maintenance costs. Great for sleeping and commuting.

For all of them, I don't have any comments, only if possible, the breakfast variants need to be improved.

Friendly staff, clean place close to city center

the hotel staff is very friendly, the room and bathroom are clean, the amenities are complete, the swimming pool is also clean. an overnight staycation at the Tuban Tropical Resort gave our family a memorable experience.
