Best hotel ever with family-based concept

The room is so spacious. We added one extra bed and the room is still spacious.

The most ridiculous swimming pool rule is that there is a break from 12pm-2.30pm. That's when people want to take a bath. It's not worth waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes for the pool to open again. It's a waste of time and a hassle! Will never come back just because of this stupid rule. You can't even bring outside food in. Even 4 or 5 star hotels don't do this. Just blacklist. Will not repeat.

Hotel of choice if you go to Penang. Child friendly. There is a night market nearby on Saturdays.

Request for a room near the elevator. Staff provided. Thank you for fulfilling the request of a senior citizen who is elderly. However, there is only one room for disabled facilities and it was given to someone else even though it was stated in the booking system.

This hotel is suitable for family with spacious room. Near to airport.

I love everything about this hotel. Just management might to consider change a towel to a new one because the current one is already thin and worn. But overall nice hotel

The staff are very friendly and considerate!! Our room view is straight to the pool. Plus, I loveee the smell of this hotel. It's giving vacation hehe :)
