Hotel with good facilities and best price

Hotel staff are friendly, but please ask for help with room amenities.

The room was really dirty, the sheets were stained, the walls were damp, and there were lots of cobwebs.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here, recommended for short trips or work trips.

The hotel is near the airport, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold. Please replace the pillows, they're all flat.

Towels and toiletries were not provided; you had to ask for them. The bathroom was filthy, as if it had never been cleaned. The mirrors also looked like they had never been cleaned. The pillows, blankets, and sheets had dirty stains. The ceiling and walls had leaks. The AC was noisy. There was no remote for the TV, AC, drinking water, or tea/coffee. For a slightly different price, you could have had a comfortable stay.

The TV facilities were broken, so I had to change rooms 3 times going back and forth to the receptionist, the telephone couldn't be used, towels had to be requested from the receptionist before they were given them, tissues weren't provided, it was really bad... it made me tired of going back and forth to the receptionist.

It was very disappointing because the sheets were very dirty, the bathroom was also dirty and when I asked for towels from night until morning they were not delivered.

The mattress and pillows are dirty, please pay attention.

Always have drinking water ready...
