Previously I stayed here several times, everything was okay that's why I chose to come back again, for some reason now everything feels less well-maintained and less clean, the room & bathroom are less clean, the towels smell, the food is also less varied, even checking in at 11 pm still has to wait for who knows what is prepared, I don't understand tired people 😭

The room is comfortable, clean, the environment is also okay, actually this is the 3rd time staying at Clove, unfortunately the shower can't get warm, it was warm for a while then not warm again, maybe because there were too many people or what, but overall the view and cleanliness are okay

Even though I booked last minute, I was still able to book and still got a discount 🫶🏻 It's truly a great healing place and perfect for a family vacation or honeymoon with your partner.

The staff was very helpful. I asked for a hairdryer and they gave me one. The room was okay, and the ambiance was great. Just a suggestion: if possible, provide towels in the shower rooms near the pool so we don't have to carry them from the room.
