1. I was surprised while playing and relaxing in the hotel lobby because the restaurant and cafe were probably open to the public, so there were a lot of people milling around. And usually, entering a hotel lobby is fragrant and cool. Not like this, don't even imagine entering a fragrant hotel lobby.
2. The lobby has a kid-friendly vibe (there's a playground, animal statues, and a fish pond), and you can sit back and relax while enjoying some Arasta coffee. The only downside is that the children's playground is a smoking area. There is a non-smoking room, but it's far from the children's and toddler playground. So, perhaps this place is specifically for smokers. For those of us who don't smoke, it's probably not suitable.
The management could improve the concept and make the lobby more kid-friendly.
3. Book a room that doesn't smell of smoke or cigarettes, but that's not what you'd expect. As the photo I uploaded shows, there are cigarette butts, and some parts of the hotel have cigarette marks. I don't know what the standard operating procedure is for cleaning the hotel rooms, because the curtains are so dirty. 4. Overall, the food is delicious, but I'm a bit confused about its halal status because the restaurant sells beer.
