The hotel has just been renovated, there are still some leftover materials. No breakfast available, but can order & the restaurant accepts outsiders for meals.

The room is not soundproof, so the sound of racing exhausts on the road is very clear in the room. It really disturbs the quality of sleep. 😭

Please improve the cleanliness, just entered the hotel and was greeted by cockroaches, there was a dead gecko in the corner of the room, then the cleanliness of the bathroom, the soap dish was broken... it's an old hotel but if it's maintained, it might be more aesthetic... For a comfortable atmosphere... the price is also standard.

Recommended, in front of Lippo and easy access.

Friendly staff, security guards are responsive in helping parking the car. The large bedroom is comfortable for families, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room is a bit lacking and the bathroom still smells.

this is the second time staying here. put in the SAME ROOM. enter, bed & floor full of animals, sticky floor, AC NOT COLD. finally call cleaning service, AC is quite cold after the filter is cleaned (don't know when it was last cleaned until it's not cold at all). before it was the same, not cold only because we were too tired, no energy to complain. if you are not ready to sell the room, then don't sell it! rather than being disappointed like this! your price is also not cheap. family room, placed at the very end, in front of the main road. all night long hear the sound of vehicles so busy that can't sleep. should have known family room, put in a quiet area because we bring children. & that, on the wall, there is a sticker of new clothes that who knows when it has been there. proven that the room was not cleaned & prepared before we checked in! very very disappointing! AND. FAMILY ROOM, for 4 people, only 2 toothbrushes & toothpaste were given! even though I have noted in the booking.

The shower for hot water is unstable. If the tap is opened small, the water is cold. Shifted to warm water, hot water comes out. Difficult to adjust on the tap.

With an affordable price, the hotel and service are actually quite good, especially the strategic location. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness. When I entered the room, in my opinion the room was only neat but not very clean, there were ants, even centipedes. But it's still okay. The sheets and blankets were dirty and very shabby in color. What was a bit annoying was when there was a worker who seemed to be renovating the hotel building, the sound of the drill was really loud, I don't know what it was 😭. Overall it's quite okay, maybe if I go to Jember again, it can be a place to stop by for a while

Ok, got a cheap price with a balcony, homey atmosphere, just need to improve the cleanliness.

The staff are so friendly, but the last time I stayed here, I was booked a room on the first floor, but they gave me the second floor. My mistake is I wasn't complaint. If someday I have plan to stay, I'll definitely complain if they give me the wrong one.

The room was not cleaned, there were spider webs in the sink, the bathtub was dirty, the pillows were dirty and shabby and not suitable for use, the refrigerator was dirty, the room was for 2 people but only provided 1 set of toiletries and even then the box was damp as if it had been left there for a long time, the floor of the room was sticky, complaints to the receptionist were not taken, they immediately checked out after entering for approximately 10 minutes.

Easy to go anywhere and strategic location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
