The hallway to the room smelled really bad of cigarettes. I don't know if it was from the staff or other guests, but the smell was really noticeable. Luckily, the room didn't smell of cigarettes and was comfortable.

Everything was fine, except for two things. The neighboring wall was noisy, shifting rooms at 1 a.m., and the breakfast wasn't great. If I were to stay here again, I'd rather skip breakfast and just go next door to BinPlaz. If I'm not lucky, I'll also get a neighbor with a large family, and check in in the middle of the night and they'll be unpacking and moving things around the room. Overall rating 8.0, hotel location access 9.5, and room cleanliness 8.5. There's one other negative, but I understand: the Wi-Fi is slow and intermittent, often disconnecting. Thank you.

It's quite good for the price, clean, and very close to the mall, so if you want to look for anything, you can just walk a short distance.

A wonderful stay! The room was very clean, tidy, and quiet, making for a perfect rest. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in. The location is strategic, close to restaurants and easy to access. The room amenities are very complete, with a soft mattress and a clean bathroom. I will definitely return here if I visit the city again.
