The hotel staff is great. Very friendly. Everyone is very friendly. The hotel is clean, but it is not well-maintained when guests want to check in. Like lots of mosquitoes. But I can overcome this by buying my own Baygon. Alhamdulillah I can sleep soundly. So please note that before anyone checks in, they can check the room details first.

Staycation one night at this hotel, cozy room. However the AC not too cold especially during afternoon. Breakfast were prepared in bento. Overall good but it is better if the restaurant provide services till dinner time.

The bed was dusty. The AC was not cold enough because it was not maintained. The TV screen had many blank spots. The room attendant just entered the room without knocking. The travel bus was mediocre with not maintained condition and no AC. I only stayed once in this cheap hotel. 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

For friendly staff, the most important thing is there is a shuttle bus to the airport, the bus driver is friendly, for food it is not recommended 🙏.
