Very nice hotel. Suitable for family vacation.

City center and very strategic.

My first time here was way back around 2017 or 2018, and I had a good impression. I returned yesterday, and it's changed quite a bit. Coincidentally, there were a few issues in the room I was staying in, but they were handled well. The shower and AC weren't cold enough. There were a few stains on the curtains, I think the blanket was folded backwards, and there were some fleas on the wall. FYI, these creatures are quite disturbing, especially if they come into direct contact with the skin. I was a bit worried because I brought my child with me yesterday. I only discovered the fleas when I was cleaning up before checking out. The food wasn't bad, with a good variety. However, some of the tables near the large windows were quite dusty, and there was some dried bird droppings that had been flying in. However, the waitress was quick to respond when I asked for help. Perhaps in the future, they could clean the area before breakfast starts.

The room was okay, quite spacious. There were no chairs on the balcony, perhaps you should reconsider why there were none, even though there was a balcony. My room smelled a bit unpleasant from the moment I entered, thinking it was just the smell of an empty room or the toilet. But it turned out not to be, this "different" smell persisted until check-out. I deliberately didn't complain at that time because I was very tired and thought it was only for one night. After checking out, I conveyed what I felt was a form of evaluation of the hotel so that it would be checked immediately and not complained by other guests. The service was friendly and the location is close to everything because it is on the main road. Thank you Royal Padjajaran.

A sense of security in the parking lot with responsive security is the starting point. Hot water is available, bathroom amenities are adequate, and the rooms are spacious. Simply add aromatherapy to the hotel or your room to remind you of it. The only downside is that the room keys often fail.

I was a bit hesitant to book at first, as many other reviews suggested the rooms weren't soundproof and had other shortcomings. But I got a room facing the side street, which was quite comfortable and quiet. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the swimming pool was quite nice (but no kiddie pool). The only downsides were the gym, which had very limited equipment and a limited playground. Overall, I liked this hotel, especially since its strategic location, close to many restaurants and cafes.

The service was friendly, the hotel was nice, clean, and very well-organized. The room was also excellent: spacious, with a balcony, and everything worked perfectly. Accessibility was easy, convenient, and there were plenty of places to eat, etc.

I've stayed here several times. From 1 child to 2, hehe. The location is strategic. The rooms are comfortable, but those with a street view are very noisy at night and the rooms are not soundproof. At night, there are illegal motorcycle races in front of the street. So it's very noisy, disturbing the comfort of rest. Especially for those with babies or children. The restaurant service during breakfast is very bad. The male service is not friendly at all, does not greet or smile. Passing guests when entering and leaving but no greetings of good morning or thank you. It's very unfortunate. The women are friendly. Even though the food is quite varied and quite tasty in the pastry section. And the playground area lacks security and cleanliness. The roof is glass and has many cracks, I'm afraid something unwanted will happen. My suggestion is to fix it immediately. Because it is very fatal for children. And if possible, the area should be moved inside the cafe area (as the cafe is also very quiet and not very active because the bar area is empty). Try to make a small area for the playground to be moved inside, considering that the land next to the hotel is also under construction, so it is very dusty and dirty for children to play. Moreover, the playground is located in the back corner, even though there are not many games, it would be better to prioritize the safety and cleanliness of children.

The hotel is great, comfortable and strategic.

Pros: I like the room, it's big, it has a balcony, it's pretty clean, the bathroom is okay and clean. Cons: There's no mirror for OOTD so you have to use the bathroom. There's a refrigerator but it's useless, it's not cold at all, but for me it's not a problem, it's not really necessary. The shower in the bathroom, the heat is inconsistent, suddenly cold, suddenly hot again, after a few seconds it turns hot and cold. But then again, it's not a problem for me. The important thing is there's hot water and especially the AC is running really cold. The lobby area is cool and spacious. The security guard is very quick and kind. The staff are friendly, always greet you whenever you meet them. I'll definitely stay at Royal again if I go to Bogor.

The thing I love about the hotel is the location, the spacious lobby, and helpful staff. However, the bedroom floor is quite dirty as it felt sandy & dusty. They use granite tile with wooden texture for bedroom flooring but didn’t see the grout in between; I don’t think it’s proper installation & not a proper design decision, unless it is used for exterior/semi-outdoor area. The marble in the bathroom was dirty as well, but I was too tired to complain and ask for cleaning because it was already night and I was busy as well. There is a small swimming pool and mini playground for babies, but the condition is poor.

Strategic location, delicious breakfast, next time come back again.

The staff was friendly, and requests for compliments were promptly responded to. The rooms and facilities were clean. The hotel's location is excellent, allowing for easy walking during Bogor's traffic jams. I'll definitely be booking here again, thank you! 😍😆

Overall, it was perfect, but the soundproofing from the upper floors was lacking. It was really noisy. But the staff handled this issue very well. Thanks!!

The room is comfortable and clean, the AC is cold, the breakfast has many choices and is delicious.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and fragrant, with complete amenities including air conditioning, a TV, and working hot water. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to restaurants and busy areas, making it very convenient during your travels. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious.

I've stayed here many times when I want to exercise around the Botanical Gardens. It's close to everything and has a wide variety of culinary options nearby. It's simply the best.

The staff were all street vendors. Perhaps the main staff were on vacation or something (because it was May Day). Check-in was quick, requiring only an ID card and no deposit. Check-out was also quickly prompted by a phone reminder to our room, and we simply had to hand over our room card without having to wait for the HK Hotel team to check. The rest of the experience was comfortable and pleasant, and the security team was very helpful and friendly.
