The hotel's location is strategic... near eateries, Pempek Candy, Pempek Nony, and quite close to the mall.
The room is spacious and clean, but the bathroom shower often floods. It seems the floor is not sloping enough, so the water doesn't drain quickly.

There's a lack of freedom of movement in the room due to the overcrowding, making it ideal for solo travelers. If you're bringing children, especially active ones, the space isn't very spacious. There's no hair dryer, and you can ask for an iron from the front desk. Parking is quite spacious in the back, along with a playground and an outdoor cafe. There are plenty of restaurants and minimarkets within walking distance of the hotel. The lobby has a clean prayer room and the prayer robes smell nice.

The bathroom didn't have running water, causing it to pool. The air conditioning wasn't cooling. The staff was kind and friendly.

When I wanted to leave the hotel (carrying a suitcase and other heavy items), I had to go around through the back because there was an August 17th ceremony in the front lobby. When I went through the back, there was a security guard but he just looked at me and smiled without taking the initiative to help me carry it😭 even though I had a hard time carrying the items. I happen to be someone who doesn't like asking for help. So in the future, please be more aware of your surroundings. Thank you
