This place is unfit for public use. It needs to be renovated before opening the rooms. While it's cheap, the conditions are too bad for guests. The shower won't even work, and you have to use a bidet to bathe. There's no room change, as all the rooms are no longer habitable.

The hotel has great value for money if you are looking for just a place to rest after full activities all day. Not many facilities, but good Wi-Fi.

The receptionist was not on standby, at 2:00 PM we couldn't check in. The room was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet was clogged, and it wasn't clean when flushed.

When I first arrived, the AC remote wasn't in the room, so I had to report it. There were no towels or amenities, only bottled water. The sheets were still dirty. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention. Overall, the staff was friendly and responsive.

The service is good, handled by Rista, the room is comfortable and nice.

The location is strategic, close to everywhere

The toilet was clogged, there was no water, the mattress was completely hard, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in a year, and there were no towels... When I checked in early, they said there were no rooms, but then they said they'd add money and get a room straight away. Many people were angry because the toilet was clogged and there was no water. Another thing: the room was incredibly dirty, with cigarette burns that hadn't been cleaned. They asked for towels repeatedly, told them they'd wait until later, but they didn't get them. After 6 days in 3 rooms, even one towel was torn.

It's normal, just like a normal person staying overnight.

Just the lift and location can be commended everything else is way too bad. If you are really on low budge that is alright otherwise it is just no worth it

The room is cramped and at night there are noisy guests who can be heard up to the room.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is quite good although a little poorly maintained.

The bedcover, bedsheets, and pillowcases are yellow. It looks like they're rarely washed. The room size doesn't meet expectations. The staff are friendly and responsive.

I didn't get a towel, I asked for one but still didn't get one.

It's quite comfortable and the location is strategic in the city center.

The location is good, the windows are big so it's not stuffy. Recommendable.
