Stayed here for 3 times. But the last time the bathroom toilet was a bit dirty. The service is okay, all the staff are friendly, the location is also in the city center with close access to everywhere. Light snacks are also provided in the room. Only the bathroom area needs improvement, please pay attention :)

Clean room, clean sheets, clean pillow cases, clean bathroom, suggestions: water closet needs to be repaired to ensure water availability, air conditioning is not cold enough for the fairly hot temperature of Madiun City

Room on the floor. 4 without elevator, quite breathless, not recommended for elderly or disabled people. Coincidentally, I found a room where the sink had fallen out, whether it was damaged or what was clear was that it was just a trace of it. The AC is not too cold even though it is set to the coldest setting. There are lots of ants around the trash can. You should pay more attention to the HK (housekeeping) section. But the views presented are extraordinary. Especially at dawn and dusk. Amenities minus bath soap only. Shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste and towels are provided. For breakfast. Simple but tastes good. Not disappointed. The car parking space is inadequate, especially if you go there on the weekend. Had to park on the side of the road. 50-50 service. Some are friendly, some are indifferent, some are even less friendly. If asked, do you still want to stay there again? The answer is of course you want to, especially if there's a promotion. Because the place is close to the station and city center.

The water is dead, the closet is broken, the bathroom door is broken, the window is broken, the AC isn't cold, just the blower 😩.

I ordered 6 rooms, 3 rooms where the water in the tap is very small, can't take a shower. Vehicle parking is very limited.

Makasih free snack nya, bocilku suka. Tapi sayang air panasnya gak fungsi. Wadah sabunnya rusak, susah dipencet. Gak ada tempat buat naruh sikat gigi+alat mandi lainnya.

Sesuai review yang ada di aplikasi AC nya kurang dingin, bahkan saya sempat melepas sendiri filter AC nya dan saya bersihkan di kamar mandi, karena penuh debu. Harapannya bisa lebih dingin, tapi ternyata tidak dingin juga, berarti freonnya perlu diisi lagi. Positifnya karyawan ramah dan dekat masjid.
