From the start, the receptionist was friendly and responsive. The rooms were always neat and clean. The bathrooms were always spotless. And finally, the amenities were quite complete.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the bedroom and bathroom were okay. The location is quite strategic, but the master bedroom lighting wasn't very bright, so every time I wanted to put on makeup, I had to go to the bathroom first to get the right lighting. If you're in Bandung, this hotel is a must-try because check-in and check-out are really easy (they also offer housekeeping).

A 2-star hotel, located not too far from the city center. It's 200 meters from Cafe Bi Eem, making it a great spot for coffee.

The location is on Jalan Sunda, a quiet street (not too busy). There is a mosque and a minimarket within a 500-meter radius. The check-in process is fast, the staff is friendly. No deposit is required, and ID cards are only photocopied. The exterior and corridors are neat, the interior is nice. There is a small refrigerator and a safety deposit box. Towels, toiletries, and slippers are also provided. Hot water is running, the room and bathroom are clean. Trash cans are in the room and bathroom. The room window faces the main road. TV channels are good (national and international TV). What needs attention is the maintenance of the rooms and facilities. I like the interior design. Perhaps this inn was successful in its time. Hopefully in the future this place can be even better and can improve its building and facility maintenance.

We arrived late at night and received a friendly and welcoming welcome from the hotel staff. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. The room was spacious, with a comfortable, soundproof bed. Extending our stay was also easy and straightforward. The location is in the heart of Bandung, making it easy and convenient to get around. There's also ample parking, so we could park our vehicle comfortably and with peace of mind. There's also 24-hour security.
