The hotel is great. There's plenty of food around the hotel, and the breakfast is varied.

Hotel staff (female receptionist who is very unprofessional and unfriendly to customers of Hotel Chandra in), please immediately improve the service of the female staff/receptionist to be able to serve customers well and friendly 🙏. I often stay there because my house is close to the hotel, but I am very disappointed with the poor service of the female receptionist 🙅. For example (my reservations through the app are never done well by the female staff who are always unhelpful to me who have written special requests very clearly, but this female staff always does not provide my special requests, while I see in the app many rooms are available with the room facilities I requested according to what is in my app reservation🙏. Please reprimand me so that I can be wiser in speaking and provide the best solution 🙏.

When I first checked in, I was given a dirty room, with tons of cockroaches and unfriendly staff. I complained and was given another room.

Booked a hotel last minute after we landed in Lampung. Our goal was to vacation in Lampung. Overall ok, except the menu + taste of food at breakfast. The menu was less varied, the taste of the food was also lacking & the fish dish in soup was inedible because it smelled. *Coincidentally, during breakfast we were asked by a man (probably the restaurant manager) but I forgot his name. I have conveyed our complaint and also showed a photo of the fish & managed to save it by the man). #Hopefully it can be an input for the future. Incidentally, we booked a hotel for around 700 thousand approaching 800 thousand which is quite expensive from the normal price which is only around 350 thousand in the cheapest room. *Because we really intended to vacation to the beach in Lampung so for the first 2 days of our stay in Lampung we deliberately chose a room that was comfortable enough to sleep but didn't need to be big because we were mostly outside the hotel. The price increase is okay, I understand because it's high season for Eid al-Fitr + children's school holidays. But at least the food has taste, aromatic spices & food ingredients are guaranteed to be fresh + suitable to be served & eaten by hotel guests. #This is for hotel input so that in the future it can be better, not/not to put it down, okay? & this is based on reviews during our stay.

The food is delicious, the room is comfortable, but the bathroom in 118 is clogged, the water is stagnant

Parking at the hotel was confusing because there were no signs to the lobby, and it was integrated with Chandra Mall. Regarding luggage, we had trouble getting to the lobby if we were far away.

The only downside is that you can't check out late. Normally, late check-outs are allowed until 1:00 AM, but there's no tolerance for this.
