I always stay here when I go to Penang, the location is strategic, close to the hospital, there are lots of good places to eat around, close to the city center.

Good position, the pool is the additional point. The food is good. Some staff is a little bit low key. But it’s ok in general.

The room is big and clean. The staff are friendly and responsive, although there was a bit of drama about extending the room this morning. But everything was resolved well. Apart from that, everything is okay.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and there's a pharmacy and mini market in the lobby, making it easy to buy drinks and other items. There are plenty of culinary options around the hotel, and check-in and check-out are very fast. Overall, it's a great place to stay 👍👍

Please hire more professional reception staff who truly have hospitality experience. If you want to hire fresh graduates, that's fine, but at least put one professional there to teach them how to treat guests in need.

I stayed at the Redrock Hotel for a few days, but the cleaning service didn't clean the bathroom or even clean the dirty area. They only made the bed. Even when I requested a change of bedsheet, they didn't.

Great stays. My parents loved the location and the neighborhood.

culinary + eating durian is really good here. Near all the places to eat and durian. Only the hotel is not comfortable, the hotel is old and the room is dark. If you are forced and want cheap, it's okay to stay here. Everything is close including the loh guan lye hospital and island, you can walk for 10 minutes

Staffs are friendly. No problem with check-in and out.

OK clean hotel and spacious room, but Wi-Fi is slow and terrible. There are many food courts and pharmacies at the surroundings hotel.

The bathroom shower leaked, the curtains didn't close at all, so the floor was always wet. The room was a bit smelly and not very clean.
