Always comfortable staying here, but on the 3rd floor it's a bit hot, and please clean the dispenser because when I took a drink the water was dirty, overall it's good and comfortable

Superior room 301 (but got the standard room as pictured)
PROS: Friendly staff, cold AC, working water heater, smart TV, fairly clean room, unlimited water refills, strategic location, affordable price.
CONS: The light near the door was dim and looked like it was about to break, the blanket smelled musty, the sheets and pillows were dirty with black stains, the towels smelled unpleasant, the toilet smelled of cigarettes, and the roof had a leak. Please keep the pluses and fix the minuses, thank you.

The cleanliness of the outside area of the hotel can be improved, especially the gallon refill and dispenser, please clean it, so that it becomes a plus for guests, yesterday the gallons were seen dirty on all floors, so I kept buying mineral water outside and didn't take drinking water from the hotel facilities at all, the room is according to the price

The staff are friendly, it's fun here. In front of it there are cheap and delicious meatballs, during the day there are also cheap and delicious batagor. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are also spacious, child-friendly, the sheets and blankets are clean, only the towels are better to bring your own. The rest is very comfortable at Sentra Inn. Next time, God willing, I'll come back here 🥰
