When I first checked in, I was annoyed because I checked in at 2 and got a room at 4. When I got to the room, the bedding smelled musty. The most satisfying thing about all the hotels I visited was the food, it was really good here.

Thank you, Whiz Prime, every stay is always enjoyable. One more thing, regarding the breakfast service. If possible, please be quick with the refill service, especially when the hotel is fully booked. Otherwise, it's top-notch.

Everything was fine, except for the punctuality of check-in, it was quite a long wait from reporting to getting a room, even though the check-in time was already 2 hours past, plus I was tired from just getting off the plane.

A Bit Disappointed This Time I’ve stayed at Whiz Prime Hotel Manado three times this month, and usually I’ve had a pretty good experience. But my last visit didn’t go so well. I booked a sea view room through Traveloka, but when I arrived, they gave me a standard room instead. To get the sea view I originally booked, I had to pay extra—which was frustrating and unexpected. The room itself wasn’t great either. Several power outlets didn’t work, which made things a bit inconvenient. It’s a shame, because I usually enjoy staying here. But this time, it just didn’t feel as comfortable. Hopefully things improve next time, because I do like the location and have had better stays before.

The hotel's location is excellent. The service is good. However, the soundproofing needs to be improved. It's very noisy considering the hotel's location is in a busy area with noisy vehicles, exhausts, and so on. The bathroom also needs repair, as water leaks from the upper floor.

My first and last stay at this hotel. Security is extremely lacking, as anyone can access the elevator to the front of the room, but you have to have a key to enter the room. Noise from outside the room is very disturbing, and parking is inadequate. Luckily, I didn't bring my children because it was too noisy with the guests fighting around the room, so I couldn't sleep from last night until dawn.

The room is small, sounds from outside can be heard even inside the room, it sounds noisy. The bathroom is clean. But unfortunately the towels are very small. The breakfast is quite good. Access to shopping is very good, because it is right in the area. What is disappointing is the price, I already booked through Traveloka according to the room I wanted, but instead asked to move rooms and was charged an additional fee. Because I was tired, and it was a hassle to bring children. Just obeyed.
