There are only 2 elevators, so you have to queue to go up and down to your room.

The staff was extremely indifferent when customers encountered difficulties. One elevator simply stood still when it couldn't be directed to a floor, which was incredibly embarrassing. There weren't enough elevators at full occupancy, resulting in long waits.

The room was amazing and the hotel is in such a great central and vibrant part of Semarang, which made all activities so easy to get to. Loved the stay, and if I ever come back, I will book this hotel again.

Overall, it was satisfactory. All staff, from security, FO, and room cleaners, were friendly and responsive.

The price is affordable for a hotel in the middle or even the city center, it's easy to get everywhere, but unfortunately the parking lot is so small that it scratches cars.

The first time I arrived, I didn't have the bellboy help me unload my things from my car at all. When he realized I had a lot of stuff in my car, he disappeared and ran away. No one greeted me or helped me at all, not even the security guard. When I tried to park, no one told me the parking lot was cramped and wouldn't fit a Pajero. When my car broke down, they said, "Well, I should have just valeted it for the night." No security guard or anyone else offered valet, and the bellboy ran away without helping me unload my things. How could I have valet service? The parking lot is incredibly cramped. If you have an Innova or larger car, it's best not to stay here if you don't want your car destroyed. The breakfast restaurant is awful: dry, with no clear flavors, and limited choices. The restaurant's capacity is very small. My mother waited for my family and I to go to our room to get our things, but she got a sneer and immediately cleared the dirty dishes off the table with a dismissive gesture. In my opinion, it would be better not to renovate the hotel, it would be better to just tear it down.

The location is in front of the five-way intersection, very strategic.
