just so-so and slow service

It's so-so. The hotel isn't as clean as it used to be 2-3 years ago. Building maintenance isn't particularly well-maintained. Service is also slow. I had to call reception three times to borrow an iron, and it only took an hour for the receptionist to arrive. I was in a hurry to get to a wedding, so I was late.

The nightlight was out, and the door connecting to the balcony wouldn't lock. I stayed in room 3105. The front door was also broken and wouldn't lock. I couldn't sleep because none of the doors would lock. Why not fix it? Staying here isn't cheap.

The service is not fast, the room is dirty, there are vomit marks, it was not cleaned immediately.

Clean hotel, high location so it's cool & has a nice view

The condition of the elevator at that time smelled of dead rats from the time we arrived until we left, the smell was still there, apart from that, the room needed to be reconditioned because many of the bathroom doors were rotten.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, last time I went to Amartha in 2019 and there are no significant changes, the rooms are still as comfortable and the cleanliness is maintained, the facilities are complete with mountain views, clean air and a variety of breakfast menus with many choices so you won't get bored during your 4-night stay here.

The cleanliness is maintained, I stayed in 2 rooms, the 2007 one had a slight problem, either with the card or the automatic one, because when the card was inserted into the automatic one, it was a bit difficult to turn on, it took time & effort to turn on the electricity, for the 2009 room, for some reason, the iron on the top of the door suddenly fell off, so I called a technician but the technician couldn't install it so they took it all off, for the food, it was varied but maybe there were some that didn't suit my taste, for the pool, there was a warm water pool, even though it was small, it was enough so it wasn't too cold when swimming, especially since the hotel was located on top, for the wifi, it was very good, everywhere there was its own fast wifi, for the hot water in the bathroom, it also took time but once it came out it was very hot, for the price of the drinks in the cafe The rooftop is quite expensive. I ordered hot chocolate and hot cappuccino, but the hot chocolate didn't suit my taste buds, like the milk tasted like the chocolate wasn't very good. The cappuccino was nice, the coffee was a bit strong. The morning and evening views were very nice.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The hot water was often intermittent, so I had to bathe my little ones in cold water. Access to the pool requires climbing. There were brown spots on the bed. I requested a room near the pool. Instead, I was given the one furthest from the pool. 🙈 Maybe it's because it's been around for a while. But they should still maintain the quality and make improvements.

Hot water is not hot, breakfast queue waiting for 1.5 hour, location is far from the room, room is spacious and clean, but you have to find it yourself

This hotel is highly recommended for those planning a vacation in Batu.

I loved the view from my room's balcony, which directly overlooks Mount Arjuna. It's also beautiful at night, seeing the city lights. The atmosphere is comfortable and peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel is ok, spacious, hot water pool, top jacuzzi.

Perfect for your honeymoon. The views from the room in the morning and the cafe at night are beautiful. The hotel is also spacious, so you can take a morning walk and see the beauty of Batu City.

I arrived in the middle of the night and no one helped me with my luggage. The receptionist was unfriendly and didn't provide information about the Wi-Fi or password. So far, the hotel has been really good and comfortable, as expected.
