The view is quite good, but at that time I couldn't get a room that was a little higher up, so it was blocked by trees. As for the cleanliness of the room, I think it's not good for the hotel. The food is very varied, but it tends to be salty. The swimming pool is fun because the water is warm.

Everything is great at this hotel. It's a great stay here, and my kids are happy. I hope the prices are lower during the holidays, but not too expensive, so we'll be even happier 😁

Got a room on the 3rd floor of building 4. It was noisy from the upper floor. The room wasn't soundproof. I couldn't sleep. Access to the room was also inconvenient.

The place is very comfortable with a jacuzzi and a hot water swimming pool, it's really great, only the check-in was chaotic, at 3 o'clock among all the hotels, it was already 2 o'clock, and at 3 o'clock it should have been ready, but instead you still have to queue again

Suggestion: Villa* cleanliness of bedroom and bathroom + guest room needs to be improved!!! If the sheets and pillowcases are torn, don't use them again!! The food is delicious and varied, all the service staff are good👍

The room is clean, the hot water is smooth, the wifi is great, the service is good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast menu is also varied, my favorite is the fried kwetiauw, it's the best, next staycation there again👍

The view is really beautiful... the pool is also attractive with warm water every weekend... Unfortunately, our check-in time was a bit disappointing because we had to wait until 3 p.m. because the receptionist didn't tell us there were any rooms ready and everything was still being cleaned. We also had to check in multiple times with the receptionist to confirm room availability. Even though during our stays at the hotel, check-in time usually ends at 2 p.m., the kids got bored waiting in the lobby. The room was quite clean, but the building looked old. Overall, it was good 👍🏻 Hopefully, it can be improved in the future.

The cleanliness of the balcony and corridor is poor, perhaps because the room is above the warehouse/workshop.

The staff assisted during check-in and bag storage. Additional breakfast was provided for children aged 5-12 years. The next day, children aged 12 years were charged as adults. 😑. The view is incredibly beautiful.

It's fun, always memorable when you vacation at Amartha Hills because apart from the beautiful views, the service is also friendly.

Awesome, impressive experience

Check-in was actually almost an hour late from the scheduled time, but we didn't mind, as it coincided with high season. All the staff worked quickly and friendly. The hotel has a very beautiful view that is pleasing to the eye. Hopefully, we can return to vacation there again.
