The staff are friendly especially Yi Ren who helped us during our check in. He is really helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for those who loved to use public transport, the bus stop is literally in front of the hotel and it's near to lavender mrt station. The city view served at its best. We've got a room with singapore flyer, mbs and arab street view from our room. Overall it was a pleasent experience to stay here and surely will become top pick for our next trip to sg

It was my first time to stay in this hotel, but after this time I think there is no reason for me not to stay in this hotel anymore. The location is very strategic, moreover for tourist like me who are not really familiar yet to go around. In the area of the hotel we can find several options of restos, shopping centre, and store just to buy daily needs. I stayed in a room with balcony and it is a cozy place to enjoy coffee, chit-chat, or work in front of laptop. The room quite small but clean with adequate facilities as it is being promoted. Staff gave quick response during the check in process, clear information and helpful.

Near Everywear. The mosque is very close to us. Downstairs at Lavender Stadium, there's a food court with a wide variety of food, including halal food.

Hotel Boss offers excellent value for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a strategic location. It’s a large, modern hotel located between Lavender and Bugis, making it easy to reach the MRT station and local eateries. The rooms are compact (14 m2) — typical for Singapore — but clean and well-maintained. But, the room wasn’t very soundproof — we could hear noise from the corridor, other guests, and even the water flow from nearby bathrooms. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the staff kindly allowed us a late check-out at 1:00 p.m. (normally until 12:00 p.m.).

The Hotel Boss is actually a nice hotel, good location, and happy as the first customer stayed here. The breakfast was also good and had many options to choose from. Also, the staff are friendly, especially James at the reception desk, who was very helpful and accommodating to the customer. Definitely will come back to stay here again.

We stayed on a high floor and got an amazing view of Singapore’s skyline — absolutely stunning! The service was great too — super quick check-in and check-out, and the staff were always helpful and responsive. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to the MRT and bus stops. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The hotel doesn't provide mineral water. Instead, it provides a device for producing hot and cold water using tap water. I was a bit confused about how to operate the device, so I ended up asking the cleaning service. Overall, it was okay.

Having been to Singapore several times, this hotel is highly recommended because it's right next to a bus stop, and the bus stops take you directly to Bugis, Orchard, Changi, and Jurong. Also, if you're going to Kuala Lumpur by bus, it's just a 10-minute walk to the Starmart bus stop. The rooms are quite spacious for the price.
