Have had many stays at the Hotel, satisfied.

the room no windows or direct sun goes in & got cockroaches, towel is dirty and got smell, pillow not comfortable all thin and the pillow sheet got stain some become off white instead of white colour.

when the room was cleaned, the used coffee cups were not cleaned, drinking water was not added even though I had just drunk 1 bottle 🙂‍↕️I asked for it and then it was given

It was very pleasant to stay here, clean and comfortable

We stayed with a family room, the room is big and has a nice design, for massage you can go next to the hotel, the breakfast is quite varied and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, only the location around the hotel is far not too much food. There is a small minimart near the hotel. Overall, we were quite satisfied staying at Eska.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, what I don't like is the yellow room lights make the room less bright. But overall nice stay.

The service is good, and the price is affordable. I hope they can offer more promotions for business travelers like me.
