Very good hotel except Wi-Fi connectivity. Do hope to be improved.

It was very pleasant to stay here, clean and comfortable

We stayed with a family room, the room is big and has a nice design, for massage you can go next to the hotel, the breakfast is quite varied and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, only the location around the hotel is far not too much food. There is a small minimart near the hotel. Overall, we were quite satisfied staying at Eska.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, what I don't like is the yellow room lights make the room less bright. But overall nice stay.

The service is good, and the price is affordable. I hope they can offer more promotions for business travelers like me.

Very good, comfortable, get massage voucher too. I like it because the area is not crowded, because the mall area is under renovation, so I can use the mall area for a morning or evening walk. What is clear is that the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Affordable price with very comfortable hotel to stay, very friendly and quick response staffs, receptionists, house keeping and breakfast lounge staff was very helpful and nice. The food was great and variable everyday. Definitely would love to stay in Eska Hotel if I travel to Batam. Thank you!
