The room was clean and tidy. It was quite comfortable, and the air conditioning was cool.

I'd stayed here before and the service was less than satisfactory, but I gave it a second chance by booking again. It turned out to be far more disappointing. I'd booked and paid in full, only to find the room was fully booked upon arrival without any prior notification. There was no apology or resolution from the hotel. This kind of service is highly unprofessional and detrimental to the guest experience.

Overall, it's satisfying! The hot water is the most enjoyable thing from the room. There were some lost items when we arrived, such as toilet door mat and hotel sandals, but they could manage it pretty well. Thank you!

my son loved staying here. so this is my second time. room was not spacious but it was indeed feels comfy. add more blanket please for upper bed. colder at night since it was closer to the AC

The staff was very responsive and fast. The only downside was the cleanliness. There was a lot of dust, and there were mosquitoes in the room.

It's a good property. Their staff was great. Good location. But please fix the mosquito issue. There are so many mosquitoes, especially around the sofa area in the lobby.
