Good for staying, good breakfast

Every time I go to Batam, this hotel is always a favorite and regular, but this time I got a pretty disappointing room, room 113 on the first floor. 1. The bed sheets were not clean, there were blood stains. 2. The bathroom toilet for defecation, the water was pressed flash would not go down, so the waste threshold aka clogged, tried to inform the receptionist, but in 1 night there was no response and ignored. Finally, in the morning we checked out, did not continue to stay.

The surroundings were uncomfortable, the room was very unclean, the bathroom smelled of urine, the floor was sticky and dusty, the blankets were stained, and most strangely, there were limited visiting hours, almost like a hospital. The hotel has many rules, but they don't match the facilities and cleanliness, which are far from adequate. The staff is unresponsive.
