less friendly service difficult communication

very comfortable hotel and cheap price

1) No Parking 🅿️ space provided by hotel, my car was summoned by traffic police. 2) during my stay, lift is out of order for pass 2 weeks. 3) lack of power point to charge phone. 4) environment looks unsafe for young girl

Bad smell in corridor and room. B03. Musty smell. The aircond is not cold. The mattress is broken plus the bed sounds like it is about to break

a bit far from station, but if you want to go to KL Towers it you can used Grab and it cost about 10 RM, overall, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean
