The staff are friendly, the breakfast variety is ok but the communication at the egg corner needs to be improved because we had already ordered but someone who had just arrived could immediately take the one that had just been cooked so we had to wait longer.

I found the rooms to be a bit soundproof, especially the one I stayed in. But other than that, it was comfortable and quiet due to traffic noise. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to ICE BSD. The staff was also very friendly and polite.
