The main problem is noise from the road, making it difficult to fall asleep; therefore, the airtightness of doors and windows in the house needs significant improvement.

Strategic location, friendly staff, clean swimming pool

The staff is friendly, the room is actually big even though the vibe is like being at grandma's house, haha, it's close to the beach and in front of restaurants, there are lots of snacks, and it's also close to a 24-hour supermarket, so you don't have to worry if you're hungry in the middle of the night, haha

wifi is slow, nice view

The price is pocket-friendly, the staff is friendly, but during my week-long stay, there was no room cleaning service, even though I had requested it.

I stayed there for twice and it became my second time but I found an experience that I booked a better one and asked to move the room. The officer showed me the room to a standard double room which is “downgraded”. But he ask for money to move. It didn’t even upgrade. So sad to have an experience like that. Especially when he asked me to pay in the room and no receipt for what I paid for. I shouldn’t pay for it cause it’s downgraded room not upgraded. I hope that the owner or manager of the hotel could increase the hospitality services in the future. Thank you 🙏🏽

The rooms are totally worth it. The deluxe ones are especially good. Complete amenities at an affordable price.

For a price under 200 thousand to get a room like this, it's really worth it in my opinion. The room is spacious, there is TV broadcast, cold AC, good bathroom, thick blanket, drinking water plus fast Wi-Fi. Indeed, the reviews on Google are sometimes right, because on average the reviews on Google are all good, so I tried checking in for a day, eh, it turns out I got addicted to staying here, that's why I kept extending, another plus is there are several cute cats for animal lovers, it's suitable to stay here, you can feed the cats.

A good cheap sleep room in Sengiggi near to the beach and temptations restaurant. The cleaning g staff or management are letting down this place as bathroom not clean enough. The AC worked well, the pool was fine just a little more cleaning is needed. Regardless for MotoGP week I still use it.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit the city.
