Nice place, clean and friendly. But what I lack is that in the morning there are people who have washed my car and are waiting in front. Not giving money is not nice. In my opinion, it would be better to ask whether you want to wash it or not.

Tempat nyaman bersama keluarga dan pasangan.

Saya menginap untuk malam tahun baru 2024 bersama keluarga besar. Tempat sangat luas, indah dan menyenangkan, tarif tiket berubah cukup mahal menjelang tahun baru dan bonus mengikuti gala dinner tahun baru, kondisi bangunan tanpa AC tapi sudah sangat sejuk, lantai kayu, membuat serangga mudah masuk ke dalam kamar, saat menginap banyak semut di dalam kamar dan kamar mandi, dan sulit dihilangkan, sarapan cukup enak, kolam renang cukup bersih, suasana sangat tenang dan nyaman, pelayanan sangat ramah.

Sangat suka dan selalu kembali ke tempat ini, hotel view pinus adem dan nyaman sejuk dan refresh banget, fasilitas mantap. Yang pasti quite place yang enak untuk refresh, kamar bersih toiletries lengkap, air hangat ada, banyak ruang ter buka hijau yang menyegarkan ditambah ada cafe dekat kolam renang yang menyajikan makanan minuman dan view yang bagus juga jadi kalau laper gak kemana-mana. Kolam renang juga asyik anak-anak suka dan puas. Staff helpful dan ramah, pokok nya selalu suka dan senang bisa Pangrango Resort. Semoga terus di pertahankan dan selalu ada upgrade yang terbaik. The Pangrango Resort Hotel is nice and cool for resting, hopefully the service and cleanliness of the rooms will be further improved.

The place is pretty good, big and spacious, the cleanliness is so-so. What annoys me the most is that the road to get there is really jammed. Going from Jakarta Friday, walk at 18.30 until 23.00. I also went home at 12.00 to Bogor at 16.30. Kapok take a walk to the Sukabimi area again.

Very good, according to the price given. Very close to Kesalabintana and you can even walk / by angkot. For 4 adults and 1 child it is very sufficient, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and there is a large living room

Have stayed here many times, great unfortunately the restaurant is closed because during the Covid pandemic, thanks Pangrango.

Initially there was no TV channel, when it was repaired, there was no cable TV, no telephone, the water heater was not hot enough, the electricity went out 2 times.

The place is nice, quiet, far from noise, suitable for rest. Only when there is an adult swimming pool being fixed somehow. overalls i like it.

The rooms are nice, the atmosphere is really beautiful. swimming pool clean. the price is still affordable.

Hotel with a natural feel of nature, just a pity the food in the restaurant is not controlled, lots of flies and water in gallons of mossy dirty drinking. Front office staff's response to the complaint was very good and satisfying. All that remains is the cleanliness of the room, which needs more attention. the trash can when we checked in there is still a garbage dump. and moths easily enter the bathroom. Overall the hotel is worth a return visit next year.

The air is really cool, every day it rains, surrounded by pine trees, away from the crowd is perfect for family resting and refreshing.

The room was not clean, the walls had a lot of insect dirt and the pool water was dirty and slippery, so my child's skin was immediately allergic.
