The walls of the room are shabby. The bed is no longer fit for use. Service is not good.

Definitely won't recommend this hotel if you still have another option. I have to ask to change room due to the poor condition of my previous room and also because I feel so itchy after put myself in bed. I am so sorry, but that was a bad experience.

The service is not good, the rooms are not comfortable, and the bed sheets are itchy if you can, the sheets are always replaced.

Simple and suitable for transit.

Not really a recommendation for not being able to sleep because bed bugs or mites bite at night.

For backpackers this is the place and of course affordable, it is located in the city center so access everywhere is easy.

The air conditioner was not cold, the bathroom door was broken, the carpet was dirty, the telephone could not, WiFi could not.

This hotel did not supported by adequate facility...breakfast served was to late. this hotel is not recommended for family stay a long.

The service, facilities, cleanliness are all beyond my expectations, this is the second time staying at Lotus for different room type, it is indeed a lotus hotel can not be recommended.

Very poor service, rooms. Superior towels, soap should be requested not immediately available, the room condition is very bad. For me the hotel is very important WiFi network because it is used to continue work while watching. This even wi fi network can not open at all just very, very disappointed and will never again stay there

- no towels, soap and other toiletries - Wifi is weak for those staying in rooms that are on the 3rd floor

Puas2 wrote sih..sesuai hargalah yah..Pelayanan 206 ok..tapi bathroom door jammed, I kekonci in almost half jam..krn bathroom in the room alone so nyari way for unlocking can finally open. Please note. Here danger loh..remote broken TV. Okay ... but could be an option because of its strategic location but quiet.
