Friendly staff, strategic location, clean and comfortable.

Check-in service was satisfactory, fast, professional, and the staff were very friendly. Complimentary tea time was also available from 3-5 p.m. It was a pleasure. Recommended.

Staying here is quite comfortable and enjoyable due to its strategic location, prompt and friendly service. The food is varied and quite tasty. It's a great option for those staying here for meetings or family vacations.

Close to the city center, just walk to BIP

The location is very strategic, across from Bandung Indah Plaza. Below the hotel are KFC, Soes Merdeka, and Indomaret Point. Finding food is easy. I was a little confused about parking, but then I realized there's valet service for hotel guests. Hotel guests just go down to the lobby, give the key to the hotel staff, and they'll get a parking card. It's very convenient. The hotel staff are all friendly. Surprisingly, we got complimentary meals from 3-5 p.m. The Indonesian snacks were quite filling but very memorable. So after checking in after a long journey, we went down to the restaurant in the afternoon for tea, coffee, or bandrek while snacking on spring rolls, fried foods, boiled rice, and small cakes. Simple but memorable 👍 The heated swimming pool is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable, with carpet so the kids don't get cold sitting on the floor. The city view is absolutely stunning. The best! ⭐⭐⭐

The location is very strategic in front of BIP and BEC malls, the swimming pool also uses warm water so the kids won't get cold if they dive in in the afternoon.

Parking is very limited. Valet parking is available, but the staff didn't actively offer it upon check-in. It took us a while to find parking ourselves before the staff offered it. The restaurant is very small, and we had to wait in line for a table at breakfast. Due to the long queue, we decided not to take breakfast. The hotel's location and accessibility are excellent, right in the city center. The room was clean, but the bed we received was a double bed combined into one. The quality of the spring mattress was quite low for a 4-star hotel.

I have been to Bandung several times on business, always staying at Best Western, yesterday when I came while fasting... eh, the receptionist gave me a free takjil menu which was quite complete, there were 3 pieces of bread, perkedel, and warm ginger drink and sweet tea. Thank you for the facilities

The hotel facilities are very good.. the family vacation felt satisfying.. The food is varied and tastes good.. The only downside is that it is a bit invisible from the outside of the hotel.. Overall, I am satisfied staying here..
