Good food, varied, cleanliness is okay

Every time I go to Bandung I always stay at this hotel, but instead of improving, it's better, but it's actually lacking. Why?? For a hotel like Mercure, for mineral water in the room you have to use refillable glass bottles, not bottled water?! Then I booked a privilege room for 2 people but I only got 1 refill dental kit and only got 1 hotel slipper even though I was staying with my husband and child. There's also no hand soap, no shower cap either 🤦‍♀️ why are things getting less and less even though such small things are really needed when staying with family in a hotel. And the refrigerator is also not cold, so the milk I bought at the farm house just went bad. Please improve and be better because it happens that every time I go to Bandung I always stay at Nexa, but sorry this time I'm a little discouraged.

Location very strategic and surrounded by cafe and restaurant/food stall.

So far the best Mercure I have ever stayed. the bedroom and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. A few small details that became plus points for me compared to other similar hotel: 1. small faucet under the shower is very helpful for moslems to do the abolishing (wudhu), not every hotel has this. 2. water dispenser in the room hallway, you can refill your drink anytime you want. some other hotels limit drink to 2-4 bottles a day. 3. regarding the valet parking service, when you want to go out, tell the valet officer the time you want to go and they will prepare your car at the lobby so you dont have to wait for them to get your car from the next building. some other hotels take a long time to get your car.

The room is spacious and clean, and the surrounding area is also near places to eat. The check-in and check-out at the hotel is also very easy and fast.

Second time coming here. First time staying more than a night. Feels nice having the room cleaned (tho having to call the front office for towels since none are put in place after the room was cleaned, it was great using fresh warm towels for once). Pity the weather was not great, but thanks for giving me room as I requested (mountain view). The TV was great as well (screen sharing my love, finally able to finish half of NanaMinbak), and overall Nexa's great location (not as near from major restaurants but still walkable making you safe from noisy tourist traffic inside the room). Also thank you for the fast response to the AC problem I have (not the unit's fault, but the technician still came prepared with portable stairs while ending up only pushing some buttons on the wall's attached AC indicators). Will definitely be back again on weekdays like I did this time (it lives up to its name and it has quite a crowd on weekend)

I stayed here for 1 night. Strategic location, close to everywhere. Parking is not too spacious, but there is a Vallet Service ready to help park your vehicle. For the room, I think the lighting in the room is quite lacking. Maybe the concept is to save energy, but installing 1 white light in the middle of the room is more energy efficient than installing 5 yellow lights. The room walls are also not soundproof. I accidentally heard a family conversation in the next room. Maybe the walls can be added with soundproofing. The hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful upon arrival. For breakfast, the taste of the food is quite good with many variations. But the refill of the cutlery needs to be reminded again. I waited quite a long time for 1 clean spoon just to stir my coffee. For the price I paid, I think many hotels below Mercure offer a better experience.

The room is not soundproof at all, there is only 1 pillow, the swimming pool is small, the breakfast really needs to be improved.

very impressed with the ease of being able to enter the room at 12 o'clock....very cool...the staff are super friendly...you can leave the room a little late because you want to pray dzuhur first....will come here again....

location near various culinary and shops. room is quite spacious and clean. breakfast is delicious and varied. small swimming pool and very cold water. friendly staff and spacious parking

The room was big and clean, but unfortunately the hairdryer was broken and wouldn't turn on, the food had a lot of variety but the taste was just so-so, the pool was small when we stayed there on a family vacation so we didn't have much space, overall I don't regret staying here.

deluxe non-smoking room order, given smoking, refrigerator not cold, moved to non-smoking room but like downgraded, initially asked if this room is the same type, FO answered the same, even though the type of room given at the beginning is very different, from the bathroom and sofa and table facilities already look different, on the running slide tv the accommodation picture already looks different, this is the first time I have become an Accor member and I didn't get a suitable room but was downgraded and not upgraded. Please improve the Hotel and FO services again. Thank you

Location, facilities are okay. Only the room is not soundproof, so you can hear the neighbors next door having a nice chat.

stayed here several times, always enjoyable....bigger twin bed...quite comfortable room atmosphere...and close to the good food places in Bandung. The surrounding atmosphere is also quite comfortable...standard hotel breakfast menu

Hotel is nice and service is excellent, we ask for additional pillows and we got it delivered instantly, also our input for the breakfast meal which is too salty is taken seriously by the staff.

Nice hotel good recommended. Mercure ota the best hotel in the world.

The location is in the middle of the city and the place is clean.

Great location, excellent view from the room window. The bedroom is missing some pillows, and the carpet needs some cleaning attention.
